If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

• Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding original shipping charges).

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

If you've tried a product and it simply isn't the right fit for your skin, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. While we cannot resell opened skincare products, we'll work with you to find a solution—which may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We'll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
